Anaheim GolfAnaheim's reputation for family fun is world renowned, and so is Anaheim golf. The courses are always well maintained, the weather is almost always wonderful, and there are a ton of activities to keep the kids occupied while you enjoy your own California vacation. You'll find Anaheim golf can be scenic, with views of mountains and ocean, and can be everything from the most challenging to easiest courses. Greens fees range from downright cheap to moderate. Featured Anaheim Golf Courses IdentifiedThe Anaheim golf course closest to Disneyland (and probably your family) is Coyote Hills Golf Course. This Cal Olson and Payne Stewart designed par 70 course has a slope of between 108 and 128 depending on your choice of tees. Green fees run between $40 and $110 (depending on dates and times) and include a cart. For affordable golf that boasts an easy to walk course there's the course named after Anaheim golf pioneer, H.G. "Dad" Miller. Dad Miller Golf Course is a nice, flat, relatively uncomplicated 108 slope rated, $12 to $25 wallet-friendly course. If you enjoy your golf hilly, but you prefer flat fairways, there's the Richard Biglar designed Anaheim Hills Public Country Club. With an average slope of 114 and green fees around $50, this is a great course for the bogey golfer to enjoy the game. Better golfers will appreciate the bent grass greens and Bermuda grass fairways. Just outside Anaheim in nearby Yorba Linda you will find the very newly opened, Arthur Hills designed, Black Gold Golf Club. It has a challenging slope of between 118 and 133, offers spectacular scenery, since it's located on the highest elevation in Orange County, and its carts are being equipped with global positioning systems (GPS) to accurately locate your position on the fairway. Green fees range between $70 and $100 including carts with GPS. No matter where you decide to play Anaheim golf, you may want to visit the course's site or our recommended link to book your Tee-Time Online. ![]() Get all Golf articles via
