Golf In ScottsdaleGolf in Scottsdale boasts all of the master golf course designers and architects. They have expertly crafted lush green testaments to the game of golf in Scottsdale to bring the wonderful scenery into view on almost every hole. There simply isn't an ordinary hole when playing golf in Scottsdale--each one has a character all its own, and only by playing golf in Scottsdale for yourself can you understand how truly unique this area is for the game. Arthur Hills designed Stonecreek Golf Club as a desert links style course that anyone can play and enjoy golf in Scottsdale. This par 71, 6,900-yard course offers slopes between 125 and 131, and features water on five holes. But, just because there aren't loads of water hazards don't think this course isn't a challenge. Arthur Hills has made good use of a rock-filled desert wash that will come into play on almost every hole. This course won't hurt your wallet or your spirit. For both challenge and beauty, another great place to play golf in Scottsdale is at the Sanctuary Golf Course at Westworld. This Randy Heckenkemper designed par 71 with a slope of 135 features natural terrain and wetlands throughout the 6,624 yards of this challenging 80-acre course. The par three eighth will awe you with a large water feature complete with two waterfalls. Enjoy this or any of our other featured places to play golf in Scottsdale. ![]() Get all Golf articles via
