In downtown Raleigh are the condominiums in the old warehouse district known as Cotton Row. North Raleigh is a rapidly growing area and offers a very wide range of older homes in the North Ridge neighborhood to much newer and some upscale houses in Devon and Old Creedmore and other neighborhoods. East Raleigh properties include those in the Hillsborough golf community and moderately priced homes. West Raleigh properties center around North Carolina State University. Condos, town houses and traditional family homes are all available.
