Maternity Wear
Maternity ShortsThe advent of maternity shorts has officially signaled the end of traditional maternity clothes. But if you think you're going to spend your entire pregnancy in shorts you might want to consider that every woman is different. Some don't have any trouble and sail right through their pregnancy. Others have some discomfort and a few problems. Swollen legs and feet are a problem you might want to disguise with a floaty skirt or a pair of smart maternity pants. Then again, you might decide that you're going to wear your maternity shorts anyway, for comfort's sake. Whatever you decide you now have the choice to go with whatever truly suits you. Maternity Shorts For ExerciseIf you have always been active and you plan to keep up with your running and other activities during your pregnancy, maternity shorts area matter of practicality for you. Shorts with a supportive tummy panel are ideal for any kind of strenuous exercise. Do bear in mind that you probably won't be able to keep up with your normal routine completely during the last months of your pregnancy. Pay attention to yourself and listen to your body. If you feel tired, there's no point in pushing yourself. Remember that your body is doing some pretty hard work all by itself, and don't overstep your limits. Even if you find that you can't do much running at all towards the end of your pregnancy, if you've been fairly active all the way through you'll soon be up and about. However, if you exhaust yourself you may find that it takes you longer to get back into an exercise routine once your baby is delivered. ![]() Get all Maternity Clothes articles via
