Seattle Washington Real Estate
Fall City Homes For SaleFall City homes for sale are particularly appealing if you're looking for a small town in a spectacular Pacific Northwest setting. Just 25 miles east of Seattle and three miles up the road from the magnificent 268-foot drop of the Snoqualmie Falls, the town (population only 1,600) is well placed in the valley. Sitting on the junction of Routes 203 and 202, a short drive from Interstate 90, it's convenient to get to almost anywhere you'll want to go. In easy reach of the entire stretch of the Puget Sound, the Pacific coast, and Mount Olympia and Mount Rainier National Parks, Fall City homes for sale are a really sound investment. You probably don't want, however, to rely on an online MLS listing to find a property. They're great to get your bearings in the market, but once you're searching in earnest, you need a bit more help than that. The market for Fall City homes for sale isn't as merciless as it is in Honolulu, Boston, and San Francisco, of course. You'll have a decidedly easier time of it, though, if you've got a local Puget Sound realtor at your side. The Seattle area is still quite popular, after all. Between the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest, the many cultural and outdoor recreational opportunities, and the strong business climate, the region is a wonderful place to call home. As a place to raise a family, it's close to ideal. Fall City Homes for Sale: Background DataAs of the last census, there were about 650 homes in Fall City, the vast majority of them built since 1950. You might expect to see anywhere from 50 to 100 or so properties on the market, at any given time. Federal numbers at the last census cited the median house value at $255,000. According to the National Association of Realtors, however, the range of actual prices begins at about $95,000 and goes as high as $10 million. ![]() Get all Washington Real Estate articles via
