West Maui Real Estate

The Resorts of West Maui Real Estate

Justifiably world-famous, the luxurious resorts at Kapalua and Kaanapali intend to be full-service communities. Besides offering condominium complexes on the shore, or on the manicured fairways of the professional golf courses, these resorts provide fine dining, elegant boutiques, spas, gyms, and salons. There's no need to travel anywhere else for services.

Set on the spectacular southern coastline of Maui, these two grand resorts offer breath-taking, panoramic views from the West Maui Mountains to the islands of Lanai and Molokai across the deep-blue Pacific Ocean. Besides providing the best in opulent accommodations, Kapalua and Kaanapali real estate are set on beaches that afford many opportunities for indulging in exciting water activities.

More Down Home Living

If more casual living suits you better, the Napili and Lahaina locales have plenty to offer in West Maui real estate. The towns of Napili, Kahana, and Honokowai identify an area that has more affordable lodging, accommodations, and homes than Kapalua real estate up the road, and the Kaanapali resort to the south. Napili Bay and surrounding waters are gentle enough for children, making the area one of the most family-oriented sites in West Maui real estate.

Lahaina was once the capital of Hawaii, and the center of whaling activities. With 500 whaling ships anchored in the harbor for winter, the town was rowdy and lively. It still is colorful, and has an enticing nightlife. The town presents an interesting mix of older homes and new condo developments. West Maui real estate runs the gamut from opulence to casual living.
