Display Systems

by Jessica Duquette

Display systems can be multi-functional. Six table top displays put together can evolve into an impressive 200 square foot exhibit. Exhibitors should consider the possibilities before finalizing the design and construction of a new display.

Modular Display Systems

Suppose a typical trade show calendar included 30 events of table-top stature. Once a year the company exhibits at an annual conference that requires additional square footage. By building a larger booth out of usable components, the investment serves a dual purpose.

This can eliminate unnecessary expenses and labor costs. Since employees are familiarized with the construction and assembly of the smaller display systems, the installation is simply an extension of the components. By customizing the booth with new design or messaging, the older components are given a fresh face lift.

Refurbished Exhibits

Dusty crates containing decade-old custom display systems can be refurbished, re-branded and recycled. By using existing pieces, organizations can save much of the cost associated with designing a new display system. Companies should also consider purchasing used exhibits from reputable manufacturers.
