Exhibit booths can be leased or purchased. For organizations who rarely participate in industry trade events, purchasing a custom exhibit may not be worthwhile. Unfortunately, missing an event could result in lost revenue opportunities or brand recognition.

Leasing Exhibit Booths

Rather than designing and building a new display, many organizations choose to lease exhibit booths. This enables companies to bring an inspiring booth to a show of high importance without incurring the cost of construction or storage. By simply switching out a few graphics, a booth can be tailored to meet the needs of any organization.

Another advantage to leasing an exhibit is the ability to change the identity of the booth with each trade show. When an organization opts to purchase a custom booth, that new exhibit will be used repeatedly at all industry events. Attendees become familiar with the design and may decide to pass by assuming there is nothing new to see.

By leasing exhibit booths, a company can continually surprise attendees. This can help maintain a steady flow of traffic throughout the exhibition.
