Audiovox Cell PhonesAudiovox cell phones are available in GSM, CDMA and PCS models. What this means is that Audiovox cell phones can be used with virtually all of the major U.S. cell carriers. Audiovox phones have a reputation for affordability, but some of their better models are on par with the best phones of the other major manufacturers. Models of Audiovox Cell PhonesThe Audiovox CDM9900VW is one of the more advanced Audiovox cell phones available today. The CDM9900VW is a tri-mode phone that works on CDMA, PCS and analog networks. It features a built-in camera, two LCD screens (one on the outside of the flip-top), multimedia messaging and a built-in speakerphone. The Audiovox GDU325 is characteristic of Audiovox's line of simple, affordable cell phones. It is a dual-band GSM phone that operates on both 900 and 1900 MHz, and it features a basic two-color LCD screen. Even though it's a pretty basic phone, the GDU325 still features text messaging with predicative T9 text input, as well as an alarm and calendar feature. The Audiovox PV100 is probably the company's most advanced GSM cell phone--and it actually does a lot more than a regular cell phone. It is a tri-band GSM phone that works on 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz, meaning it can be used in the U.S. as well as Europe and many other countries. It features a full keyboard, a large VGA screen, and expandable flash memory. ![]() Get all Cell Phones articles via
