Phillies TicketsVisitors to Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia have the opportunity to see Phillies games from a number of different vantage points. The "best" seats in the park are "field level" seats, which retail for about 40 dollars. These seats run along the first- and third-base lines from home plate to their respective bases and give fans an excellent spot from which to observe the action. For 35 dollars, fans can choose from baseline seats that extend from first and third all the way to the right- and left-field fences. While farther away from home plate, these seats are still close enough to the central action to make fans feel more like participants than distant spectators. Finally, nestled between these baseline seats are the "Diamond Club" seats (sections A-G), designed for hard-core Phillies fans who don't intend to miss many games. Is It Worth Buying Phillies Tickets? After the 2004 season, in which the Phillies finished out of the playoffs, a lot of fans wonder whether their squad can bounce back. Even though the club ended up several games back of the wild card-winning Astros in the overall race, Larry Bowa's team still finished 10 games over .500, not a bad mark. In the fickle business world of baseball, however, that's often insufficient to keep fans invested in the game. Now, however, the Phillies are under the leadership of Charlie Manuel, who will coach his former slugger Jim Thome and company. With the promise of a new season comes renewed interest in season tickets, and the organization's front office is making the necessary preparations. For longtime Phillies fans, the best bet is to get in early and grab a season-long package, quarter-season deal, or a smaller allotment of tickets, just in case the team makes a surprise run at the Atlanta Braves and an N.L. East crown. For those not so lucky to have grabbed tickets early on, ticket brokers are likely to have some excellent seats available when the time comes. ![]() Get all Tickets articles via
