Mark Martin drives a number six Ford. It's got Viagra stamped across it, so people actually buy this car as a joke for that special someone. Yes, this might be disrespectful to such an accomplished driver, but you can't deny why someone would buy a Viagra car, and Martin himself has a sense of humor regarding the entire issue.

Just as many people buy Mark Martin collectibles because they're fans of his illustrious career. He has 33 NASCAR wins, giving him the fourth best record in NASCAR history. When you consider all of the drivers who have been on the NASCAR circuit, this is really saying something.

You can think of him as the Cal Ripken of auto racing. His 500 consecutive cup races puts him at seventh all time, and he's not done yet. He's currently going for his 600th race, and it doesn't look like he's going to stop anytime soon. He may be a member of racing's old guard, but he's still competitive with the younger generation.

Compiling Collections

If you are compiling a collection of NASCAR memorabilia, it's a good idea to mix in the older drivers with the flashier younger drivers, if you want your collection to be comprehensive.
