Visit an online vendor and take notes on the prices and brands they offer. Then, visit your regular brick-and-mortar vendor and compare prices. In person, take the opportunity to look at the equipment and pick the right model for you. Tens units are proven effective for the relief of pain, and are a great alternative to addictive painkillers or other drugs. These units are safe, non-invasive, and FDA-regulated.
