For some, it might be a dream to live in a golf community, especially for those who love the sport of golf. The challenge of golf is intoxicating and for those who have come to appreciate the sport, there can never be enough golf in their lives. For this obvious reason, many of those who choose to live in golf communities are golf aficionados. But, living in a golf community is not only attractive to golfers. Golf communities have some of the most beautiful surroundings and properties imaginable.

The abundance of golf communities in Tucson makes finding a property fairly simple for a good real estate agent. Living in golf communities is very popular in Tucson, so real estate agents will be very familiar with the market. They can assist a buyer not only in finding a great property, but in finding the right community as well.

Living in a Golf Community in Tucson

Not the least of the amenities offered by golf course communities is access to spacious clubhouses for recreation and dining. Often there are also swimming pools and tennis courts available for use by community residents. Clubhouses also provide a beautiful venue for parties and events.

Depending on which golf community the property belongs to, there are many fees associated with the country clubs. There may be an initiation fee of anywhere from $5,000-$100,000. Residents may also be required to pay monthly or quarterly membership dues. These dues can range from $100-$5,000 a month. These dues often include homeowner association fees and golf course membership.
