Entertainment Weekly SubscriptionsEntertainment Weekly is the largest general entertainment magazine in the country. Second only to Billboard in sales--which is designed for industry professionals, Entertainment Weekly gives readers the whole scoop on everything media-related week in, week out. Entertainment Weekly provides articles, quips, quotes, charts, graphs, and letter grades to every aspect of media that America finds itself paying attention to. Coverage on Everything That GlittersEntertainment Weekly provides information on movies, of course. But it lists more than just this week's hits at the box office. It provides financial information, star information, rental and sales numbers, and fun, behind-the-scenes looks at the making of nearly every major motion picture playing at the Bijou. It also covers music, television and books. But that's not all. It covers the best television DVDs, and examines not only the content of the shows, but the impressiveness of the DVDs bonus features. It lists the most popular books, be they fiction or non-fiction, and pays special attention to those books which have been optioned for film and television rights. Entertainment Weekly also provides special focus to those things that are "hot right now." If reality television is the current "must-watch," it lists all the examples, and provides comparative charts to help potential viewers identify which ones to try out, and which ones to completely avoid. If a celebrity trial is currently what's eating up the attention of American viewers, then whole sections will be devoted to the major players, and what happened that week in court. In short, if Americans consider it entertainment, then Entertainment Weekly considers it news. ![]() Get all Magazines articles via
