Since nowadays the computer-based test is prevalent worldwide, computer training and computer-based exercises are a plus.

Some institutions will also have among their resources computer-based practice tests which follow the exact format of the TOEFL. These are wonderful preparation tools and you should get the maximum advantage from them. Check also if your institution offers the testing service. It is never counterproductive to take the test in an environment you are already familiar with.
