Photography Prints

by Christina Williams

Photographs are captured moments in time forever frozen and immortalized. However, there is life and movement in pictures. We can often become entranced in the eyes looking back at us from a portrait or moved by the long reaching branches of a wise old tree. Photographs are still frames of history. Sometimes the images we see seem so familiar to us, even if they were taken from a far away place we have never been to. One of the amazing things about this art medium is that it communicates the actions and movements of the life around us.

The stories in photographs are told through the eyes, perspective and skills of the artist. It is the artist's ability to capture the exact moment, light, shadows and movement all at the same time that makes a picture so beautiful. When a photographer allows us to see the water around the eyes of a child or the wind sweeping up from beneath the trees, it is then that the images become real and are no longer just print on paper. Photography art can add great dimension and emotion in your course of interior design for your home or office space.

Cover Your Walls offers a wide selection of photography prints in both black and white and color. All of the prints are framed and matted so that they are ready to be hung as soon as you receive them. Scan through the gallery and check out the vibrant rolling green hills or the misty blue Sierra peaks captured by Rokeach. The black and white tree images taken by Cole reveal sprays of sunlight jetting through the branches. The water in Meyers's photographs is still and yet moving.

Decorating with Photography

Photography prints are a great choice for decorating coffee shops, restaurants, office buildings, the home, and practically anywhere else. Clusters of pictures with a similar theme can take viewers on a little adventure when they look at them. Large framed landscapes or seascapes in black and white or color can be hung to add an extra window to an imaginary outside world. You can coordinate the frames to mix in with your other décor as well.
