Nintendo Video Game Rentals

by Devin Flanigan

The GameCube is not the only Nintendo system that has games for rent online. Many Internet-based video game rental companies also offer games for the DS and Gameboy handheld systems, not to mention the Nintendo 64, SNES and even the prehistoric original NES. Nintendo has consistently put out such good games for such a long time that its library deserves to live on thanks to the Web.

Mario is available for rent in all his various guises, whether he's saving the Princess, or simply playing toadstool golf with Luigi. Link can be mailed to your home with just a few keystrokes, so that you can help him in his never-ending quest to defeat the evil Ganon. Whatever classic Nintendo characters you love, they all can be yours to keep for an unlimited period of time.

Plumbers of the World, Unite!

The lack of late fees synonymous with online rental companies means you can keep your favorite Nintendo video game rentals for as long as you would like. When you are finished with one, dropping it in the mail causes the next one you have selected to be sent to you--as if by magic. Selecting the order of games in your queue sometimes proves to be more challenging than playing the games themselves.

Renting games rather than buying them allows for much greater flexibility in the number and variety of titles you might wish to sample. There is essentially no risk involved in trying out an unfamiliar game or genre, as the number of games you can rent for a flat fee is unlimited. Many players are shocked to find out all they have been missing before they signed up for online Nintendo video game rentals.
