Celebrity chef Emeril has opened Emeril's New Orleans Fish House, bringing the flavor of New Orleans to Las Vegas. Fiamma Trattoria is a sophisticated Italian restaurant. Pearl is a modern Chinese restaurant with an often changing and evolving menu.

There are also several restaurant options that offer some entertainment as well. The Rainforest Café is fun and family friendly with entertaining attractions. Studio Café is 24 hour café offering light meals, and a relaxing atmosphere. Al fresco dining is also available at the Cabana Grill in the pool area. You can dine poolside among lush landscaping and cabanas.
