Now, once you have found a DUI lawyer, you must consider the cost of his or her legal skills. Some DUI lawyers will charge a flat rate to defend the case if it is a simple case. However, for a more complex case, the cost can be several hundred dollars a day, which is based on the amount of work that the lawyer has to do. Of course, this upfront cost for a good defense could be a lot less that a lifetime of having a DUI charge on your criminal record.
