Circus Circus Casino

Las Vegas Strip

by Brian Thompson

If you are looking to enjoy find dining at its best, then there are plenty of restaurants inside the casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Whether your taste is traditional or eclectic, there is a restaurant for you. Even more, the décor of many of these restaurants is as breathtaking as the cuisine.

One of the most popular restaurants is Le Cirque located at the Bellagio. This is the same Le Cirque as found in New York City. Here, you are treated to a three-course meal, complete with options like smoked tuna, quail, or rabbit. Of course, if you are looking for more of a 1930's feel, then try Prime also in the Bellagio. This is a steakhouse that features wonderful cuts of sirloin, prime rib, and veal. However, if fish is your thing, they have wonderful tuna and live Maine lobster.

Over at the MGM Grand, the famous chef Wolfgang Puck has his Bar & Grill. Here, you can dine on a diverse menu from the very fine to the very light. The restaurant serves everything from pizza and calzones to soups and rib eye steaks. However, another famous chef, Emeril Lagasse, also has his own restaurant inside the MGM Grand. At Emeril's you can dine on a mix of Cajun and Creole cuisine. In addition, the restaurant features an extensive wine list.

If Italian dining is what you are after, then a visit to Francesco's in the Treasure Island resort is the ticket. This restaurant with its Mediterranean décor is where you can enjoy chicken parmigiana and traditional lasagna. Plus, Francesco's features an open kitchen so you can see all the cooking action. You could literally spend your entire visit to Las Vegas doing nothing but eating some of the best cuisine found anywhere.
