Palm Beach Hotels

by Julie DePalo

Imagine waking up to the cool gentle breeze of the ocean wind blowing through the windows of your hotel room, while the sheer white curtain billows in front of the yellow-orange sun. This is the type of experience that is had by so many who visit hotels in Palm Beach. They may not remember the exact name of the hotel, room number, or even the reason they were there in the first place, but what they do remember is the breathtaking beauty of Palm Beach.

When searching for a hotel room in Palm Beach county, you will have lots of options. There are over 15,000 rooms to choose from in Palm Beach county. However, depending on the time of year you choose to visit, it may be more difficult to find an available room. You are likely to get better rates and a better hotel selection if you book in advance and book for the summer months, as summer is the off-season in Florida.

If larger, more expensive hotel rooms are not feasible or you are looking for a small quaint room without a lot of unneeded extras, there are a number of options that should meet your budgetary needs and desire for comfort and personal service. More and more vacationers are opting to stay at smaller beachfront hotels. Some smaller yet popular hotels include Singer Island, Highland Beach, Jupiter and South Palm Beach, to mention a few.

Accommodations at Palm Beach Hotels

When planning your vacation, you should consider in advance what type of atmosphere you would like, the budget you can afford, and whether you want to splurge for the oceanfront view or find a cheaper offer in a downtown Palm Beach hotel. Also, consider what other types of amenities you want. Perhaps you are overdue for that hour-long Swedish massage you have been wanting for months, or you would like the hotel to have a swimming pool. The more specific you are as to your wants and needs, the more likely you are to find a hotel that meets them.
