Ojai Valley Schools

Primary education in Ojai is quite advanced and benefits greatly by a stellar teacher-to-student ratio. The Ojai Unified School District teaches approximately 4,200 students in its public schools. It is comprised of five elementary schools, one junior high school, a comprehensive high school and one continuation high school. Students taking high school advanced placement tests have higher pass rates than any other high school body in Ventura County.

But beyond these achievements, it is the administration's outlook and policies that offer students a truly meaningful and unique educational experience. Historically, most primary level schools have focused on academic achievement, the ability to meet state testing guidelines and steady matriculation rates.
