Support Enforcement

Support enforcement is provided by the state for issues involving child support. Once you have established a need for child support, a ruling is set forth requiring the non-custodial parent to pay a monthly fee. This money should be used for your children; clothes, food, books, education, etc.

Avoiding Responsibility

All too often parents, both mothers and fathers dodge their financial responsibility when they do not have full custody of the children. The money it costs to raise children is higher than most courts require. At the very least the parent without custody should send their money in on time to help in the growth of their son or daughter.
