Discount RV Parts

by James Lyons

The primary advantage of shopping at one of the bigger RV supercenters is the ability to buy discount RV parts. These places have longstanding relationships with distributors and manufacturers and typically buy their products in bulk, which means they get parts at an incredibly discount. They then mark the price up slightly (They have to make their money back.) and pass the savings along to you.

If one store charged more for the same product as another store, which store would you buy from? I know this is a rhetorical question, but you get the idea. Discount RV parts are all over the place, even on the internet. You can even save yourself some gas money (Gas prices are astronomically high these days.) by ordering discount parts online.

The Evolution of RVs and Discount RV Parts

By the time the 1930s rolled around (pardon the pun), RVs on the market used aircraft-style construction and gave RVers the luxury of beds, small dining areas, electricity and water. As RVs became more and more popular with families, seasoned travelers, the curious, and the fearless explorers, there came the inevitable need for more campgrounds with appropriate facilities. So, the people of the United States started building and continue to build new camping and RV sites every year.

Motorhomes come in different classes, Class A and Class C rigs. As you might have guessed (and if you don't already know), Class A rigs are the nicest of the bunch, the most expensive, the biggest, best-equipped, best designed, and most luxurious. Many are the size of buses; actually many were initially buses before they were converted to RV motorhomes.
