Knee Raise

A knee raise is a piece of exercise equipment used for strengthening arms, shoulders, and abdominal muscles. They can be seen in most fitness clubs and can also be purchased for homes. They do not take up too mach space and are somewhat lightweight in comparison to most exercise machines.

With a knee raise, you can perform a variety of exercises, including knee-raises, leg-raises, and oblique bends. Some have dip handles so you can perform additional exercises such as chin-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and dips.
