The Spirit SR-240 treadmill is considered a "best buy" treadmill because it offers a great performance for an economical price. This treadmill is made by Spirit which is an innovative company that was established in the 1980s. The company has grown to manufacture many leading designs in standard and folding treadmills for commercial and home use.

Spirit SR-240 Treadmill Features

The Spirit SR-240 treadmill comes with a three window LED display and standard speed programs. It has a 2.0 HP Continuous Duty motor and an incline ability of 15%. The walking surface is 54" and the machine allows for a maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds.

The Spirit SR-240 treadmill has great features such as a quick release cord that provides reliable deceleration and interruption of machine power. It also has a large, raised stop switch to easily end any session of jogging or running. This machine has a safe start from zero miles per hour and has the ability to maintain a speed of ten miles per hour.

The SR-240 model has a limited warranty, except for the frame which is protected under a lifetime warranty. The motor and electronics fall under a 10 year warranty and the belt, rollers, and deck fall under a three year warranty. As with all other Spirit treadmills, you can enjoy the Whisper Quiet system and Trax Flex system for minimum impact levels and noises.
