Squat racks are available in the form of a power rack or a squat stand. Body Solid makes a great Powerline squat stand. This stand adjusts from 30" to 60" to accommodate different heights of users. You can perform many different exercises with this stand including squats, lunges and calf raises.

Most models of squat racks or power racks have a rugged design and can be easily adjusted so your workouts will be more efficient and enjoyable. Some racks have options that let you perform exercises in the privacy of your home without the need for a spotter. For instance, the Body Solid Powerline rack has a walk-in design intended for the purpose of safety without a spotter.
