When shopping for baby scrapbook supplies, you can't help but say, "Aww," wherever you go. These supplies are just too cute. If you haven't experienced this yet, you will soon know what I mean. I don't even have kids and I can't help but let out a little sigh when I see mini baby booties or stickers of rattles, ducks and teddy bears. You do not have to worry that you will run out of things with which to decorate your pages.

Essential Baby Scrapbook Supplies

Punches of bunnies, ducks, flowers, hearts, rattles and other such things are perfect baby scrapbook supplies to have around. You never know when you are going to want to make a border of ducks, or create a little blanket of bunnies for journaling on. You've also got to have a good amount of lace. There is something about babies and lace that goes so well together.

You can use lace for beautiful borders. You can also use it for photo mats or for hanging pictures or accents like buttons, wire shapes or metal objects. Many people like to put the birth announcement on the first page. A cute border for this is blocks with buttons and different shapes. Other people like to start the book with a page full of photos of a very pregnant mom. It's your scrapbook. Showcase your life the way you want.

Keep a lot of string, vellum, buttons and felt around for your baby scrapbook supplies. These three things work very well in baby scrapbooks. String is great for stitches, to use as balloon strings or flower stems. Vellum is always nice because of its see-through property. You can use it for pockets or journal on it and put it over photos. Buttons and felt just give the feeling of innocence that is synonymous with babies. These are just my personal favorite accents. If you peruse a scrapbooking site, you will find that there are plenty of other options as well.
