Scrapbook Stuff

There are many of you who know how addictive scrapbook stuff can be. Just clicking through pages of decorative paper, stickers, die cuts and accents is enough to jumpstart about five different scrapbooks. Even those who think they aren't addicted will feel a scrapbooking store or website draw them in as they try to cruise by. That's when they realize they've got the bug and it isn't leaving anytime soon.

Scrapbook stuff is about colors, shapes, angles, lace, string, glitter, satin and cotton. It's about preserving our precious memories in the best way possible. Sure, videos are nice. However, you can't just grab them off the shelf and flip through them. Sometimes we want our minds and words to bring photos to life. We enjoy recreating that. In addition, reading our little captions is a ball. We can comment on things in our scrapbooks, as we could never do in a video.

Essential Scrapbook Stuff

It has been a few months since I have worked on a scrapbook. Whenever I open my craft closet, though, I can't help but get caught by my scrapbook stuff. I keep everything neat and organized in my little closet. It's a good idea to have an area like this for your tools and supplies. When the urge hits, or when you are in the middle of a book, you don't need to be hunting all over the house for a certain pair of scissors or your eyelets.

It's an even better idea if you can keep all your supplies in a toolbox, preferably one on wheels. This will allow you to take your craft projects to any area of the house. You can even easily take your scrapbooks to friends' houses and work on them over there. You don't want to have a big hassle when you're ready to work. You want all your supplies in order so you can just start.
