Kevin Harvick CollectiblesWritten by Henry BaumKevin Harvick may not be the best known name in NASCAR racing, but those who know the sport respect him immensely. He has a shot to win any race he enters--he was named Rookie of the Year in 2001--and given his competition, this is high praise. He's still young, so he's got some growing to do, but this is also one of the reasons that he has such a big fan base. Yes, he is a controversial driver, even dangerous at times--but this is what makes him fun to watch. He's bold and daring, something you can usually only find in younger drivers. Many fans like attaching themselves to a driver at the beginning of his career so they can follow his entire career. Part of the controversy surrounding Kevin Harvick has to do with his off-track behavior. As time goes on, he's settling down a bit and becoming a bit less intense. Since the death of Dale Earnhardt, his stock has been continually on the rise. The jury is still out on whether he will become a superstar like Jeff Gordon, but for many racing fans, he is a fun driver to follow. Collecting Kevin HarvickCollecting Harvick memorabilia can be a good investment. Just like a mint-condition Sammy Sosa rookie card is going to go for a lot of money, the same can be said for collectibles for a driver like Kevin Harvick. Collectibles of a younger driver go for less money than collectibles for established ones and they can actually turn out to be a sound investment, as well as way to show your support for your favorite racing team.
