Audi Dash Kit

A popular make of car for installing dash kits is the Audi, but one must be careful about where they are ordering from. Generally there are several pre-molded kits available for the Audi A4 models from 1995 on, and some information for the A3 and other models. However, one must be careful of finding websites offering dash kits from overseas, as this is a popular model of vehicle in Europe. Shipping should always be guaranteed, regardless of where the accessories are coming from.

The Audi A4

Many Audi makes are popular in the United States and elsewhere, in particular the A4. If you are looking for a car dash kit for an A4, it should not be difficult to find. These are offered in wood, carbon, fiber, chrome, and aluminum looks. For more specific styles, you might consult a directory online to see what styles are offered for your car.

On other Audi models, or for custom-molded strips, one may have to consult with an expert. Because there are many websites specializing in Audi parts overseas, be sure to check the currency being asked for, whether it is British Sterling pounds, Euros, or dollars. Many websites do not disclose openly where they are from, and a credit card order will readily convert to another type of money. The problem, then, is shipping--if ordering from overseas, make sure that the order is guaranteed, and at a certain price. Keep in mind that it will take longer to get to the US as well. Oftentimes, it's easier to simply order from a US-based company.

With a little work and some research, however, Audi dash kits are readily available for between 50 and 100 dollars, with more extensive kits offered for a little more. Many varieties can be found, and both custom molded and flat kits are offered. With all of this selection, it might be wise to shop around for a style that fits your car.
