Military patches carry a distinct message and identification. Each branch of the service has a variety of patches to fit every accomplishment and promotion within the scope of that discipline. The design of each is specific to the occasion. There are patches that cover every aspect of military service, from rank to acts of heroism to locality identification.

The Navy has patches that are navy base specific and navy unit specific. There are navy patches for squadrons and ships. There are also patches for navy aircraft. There are flight suit bars and insignias. All of these are meticulously designed to show the pride of those individuals serving in the United States Navy.

Look for Military Patches Online

The U.S. Army Corps has similar types of identifying military patches. They identify the division and whether time served is overseas. The divisions include Engineering, Medical, Aviation, and others. There are army tabs that identify such areas as Army Ranger, Airborne, and Honor Guard. The National Guard also has a patch that defines those serving in this capacity.

The United States Air Force has patches such as the Thunderbirds patch, Air Combat Command, Field Investigations, and many others. The Marines have military patches that distinctly define every level of rank and division. There is a Tomcat patch, an Aviation patch, and others. There are patches for retired military in every branch of the armed services. The list goes on. The Internet is a great resource for patches of all kinds, especially military.
