First, plan your day. Set aside some time each evening, before you leave work, to make a to do list of all the things you need and want to do the next day. Write down the action steps you need to get them done. Then prioritize them in order of importance. The next day, do your tasks according to priority--the most important things first.

Time Management Tips for Procrastination

Procrastination can ruin any time management tips you intend to follow! The easiest way to avoid it is to have a plan, no matter how basic. Start your day by planning activities the night before. When you see how much you need to accomplish and know the order in which you need to get things done, wasting time is less of a problem. You will attend to more urgent matters instead of getting caught up in useless activities and not make the best use of your time.

Delegate what you can to others. You can't do everything yourself and that is why you have employees. As you review your daily to do list, see if every item makes the best use of your time or if someone else should be doing it. Do the more important things yourself, and delegate the rest.
