Refurbished Copier Is Affordable

Any refurbished copier that is overhauled and guaranteed can provide excellent performance that is comparable to a new one. A used Ricoh copier comes with the same standard features and same specifications as a new model. The same expandable functions and optional features are available to a customer who purchases a used copier.

It pays to scrutinize new models from Toshiba, Ricoh, Canon, and Sharp--all the famous brands--to see precisely what features are offered with each model. Then you can compare resolution, output, and optional functions to pinpoint exactly the models that have what you need. Finally, you can then compare the price tag of your preferred model to that of the same model in a refurbished copier to see how much you would save!

Variety of Models

Konica, for instance, makes a nice range of black-and-white copiers, from basic to high-end. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the Konica 7020 is about $5,800. With a small footprint, 20 copies-per-minute, and a monthly copy volume of up to 100,000, this excellent copier has many features found on much more expensive machines. A refurbished copier, however, would cost you much less than the MSRP.

A more sophisticated model is the Konica 7060, whose MSRP is about $28,000. This digital copier/printer is capable of many applications that would increase efficiency in an office. At 60 pages-per-minute, this speedy photocopier has an automatic document feeder and scan-once-print-many technology--as well as several optional features--that make it a great machine for a busy office.
