Booklet printing is a common application in business. Booklets can be used to relay or present information. They are commonly used in business presentations and to inform clients of what a company has to offer. Booklets can also be used as an informational tool in business. For instance, in real estate, agents will need to have booklets on hand with information and pictures of the homes they are selling.

Guidelines for Booklet Printing

Booklet printing is most commonly done through a printing service. You can find these in various areas across the town where you are located. You can also order booklets and other printing items from services online. This process saves time, energy, and often money as well. With online printing services, you can still see pictures of product options, prices, and printing options before purchasing.

Booklets are typically no more than 36 pages. Some printing services will require that your booklets are 36 pages or less, or even 24 pages or less. Remember that the cover makes up four of the pages when you are designing your booklet. You can choose from glossy or non-glossy covers depending on where your booklets will be going and how much you are willing to spend.

Size is also a consideration in booklet printing. The size of your print and the size of your booklet pages can make a difference. So your material is easy to read, you may want to use a larger, bold font that is not incredibly stylized. You could use catalog-sized booklets, but the best option is to create 3.5" x 8.5" booklets so they will fit into #10 size business envelopes.
