Types of Training from Six Sigma Companies

There are three main types of training that are available from Six Sigma companies. The most common is Black Belt training, and it is available for individuals who have a desire to help develop Six Sigma strategies for businesses and successfully implement those strategies. Black Belts are responsible for analyzing operations and taking production to the next level of efficiency.

Green Belt Training is also available from many Six Sigma companies. Green Belts work alongside Black Belts to guide a business through a period of changing operations. They also help teams of employees process the huge amounts of data that are the result of in-depth analysis.
