The MLX line of phones is made of multi-line extension digital telephones able to solve many of the problems facing small, medium, or large sized enterprises. These phones make both everyday and special-event communications easy and hassle-free.

Legend MLX phones can be purchased in a number of different colors and can be placed either on desks or mounted on the wall. They all support the Integrated Systems Digital Networking (ISDN) and include system administration, attendant console and maintenance functions. High-speed digital communication capabilities come standard in all five of the Legend MLX models.

All of these Legend phones are designed with all the features you would expect from a high-end office desktop phone, including speakerphone capabilities, hold, transfer and drop, mute and message waiting lights, and programmable incoming/outgoing buttons. Front LCD screens can help the user navigate through all these functions easily and quickly, while side buttons labeled "home," "menu," "inspect," and "more" facilitate this journey. The LCD screen also functions as a built-in Caller ID unit, displaying incoming caller identification information and the name and extension of coworkers as they make internal calls.

Expanding Legend MLX Phones into the Merlin Legend Communication System

All Legend MLX phones, whether simple five-button single-line units or multi-button multi-line phones, can be connected to a 50-button Direct Station Selector (DSS). The DSS then gives the operator, head receptionist or attendant the power to connect and contact every extension in the company. These MLX phones also come with a large range of voice mail applications and personalized messaging services that increase productivity and connectivity over a wide range of business needs.
