NCR EasyPoints are world-class interactive multimedia kiosks. NCR EasyPoints, which include the EasyPoint 41 and the EasyPoint 45, are known for their tremendous reliability. When it comes to touchscreen kiosks, reliability is everything. Kiosks take quite a beating, and if they aren't built for great reliability, they soon become a servicing nightmare.

The History of NCR EasyPoints

Believe it or not, the history of NCR EasyPoints goes way back to the 1880s. In 1884, a man named John Patterson introduced the first mechanical cash register. He created the National Cash Register Company, or NCR.

Since then, NCR has always involved itself in the business of business transactions. They became involved in interactive kiosks almost 15 years ago. Since the very first kiosk was introduced a mere 22 years ago, this means NCR has been at the forefront of kiosk technology for a majority of kiosk history.

In addition to reliability, these kiosk systems are known for their functionality. They can be placed almost anywhere. The kiosks' small footprints mean that they can be placed in even very small spaces. Instead of having to put the kiosks wherever they fit, retailers and merchants are able to put the kiosks wherever they will do the most good.
