Once I found out about computer call waiting, I wondered what took so long to create the product. It seemed like such an obvious need, especially in the early days of Internet in the household. How many families were missing calls because they were online figuring out the wonders of the Internet?

Computer call waiting can be tried for free by some companies, just by going to their websites and getting a quick download. Just because a company offers a free trial doesn't mean the company is the best. You want to look at a few companies before deciding on one, examining the features they offer and their monthly costs.
