Call forwarding allows you to transfer incoming calls to an alternate phone number. You can transfer the calls to your home, office, client site, or directly to your voice mail. Charges may or may not be incurred according to the type of phone plan and service you are using.

Benefits of Call Forwarding

Call forwarding allows you to never miss important calls. You can turn it on or off as you please, according to your ever-changing schedule. The set-up process is also very quick and easy.

You have many options in controlling incoming calls to an alternate number. You can determine how long the system will attempt to ring the destination number and control the length of the delay in the ring before a transfer takes place. The system can also designate the voice mail system that will pick up any missed calls.

A new program entitled Remote Call Forwarding is a helpful addition to growing businesses. Incoming calls can be forwarded to another number, whether local or long distance. This provides a new local identity for businesses without requiring physical presence of the business in that area.
