For many, living in New York is a dream of a lifetime. I was fortunate enough to enjoy this city in the late 1990s during one of the largest economic booms in American history. People were jumping from job to job demanding more money from each respective company. If you wanted a job, you could have it. In fact, there was a surplus of jobs in this great city.
