Teamwork speakers can bring the best out of any group or business. The true professionals in this subset of the motivational speaking world bring their own experience as leaders, workers, players, and thinkers to their presentations. These are people who go far beyond the familiar pronouncement that "There is no 'I' in 'Team.'"

Take Don Shula. Shula is the winningest coach in NFL history. He built his legend as coach of the indomitable Miami Dolphins in the 1970s. Shula started in football in the fifth grade, in Grand River, Ohio. Playing through high school and college, Shula was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 1951. He played professional football for eight years, but it was as a coach that he truly made his mark.

After a stint as assistant coach with the Detroit Lions, Shula became head coach of the Baltimore Colts in 1963. From 1970-1995 he coached the Miami Dolphins. Altogether, his teams notched a record of 347-173-6, reaching the playoffs 20 times, and the Super Bowl an astounding six times. In 1997, Shula was inducted to into the Football Hall of Fame. Shula knows a little something about how to make a team function correctly.

Teamwork speakers like Don Shula speak with great authority about their subject. Shula's presentation is called "You Can Inspire Anyone to Be a Winner." It is based on his book, "Everyone's A Coach," co-written with "One Minute Manager" author Ken Blanchard (who is also top-rated among teamwork speakers).
