Baltimore Ravens TicketsWritten by Charles Peacock Baltimore Ravens fans should always appreciate their luck. Ever since they lost the Colts to Indianapolis, Baltimore football fans craved for a team to call their own. Shortly after the Browns moved to Baltimore and became the Ravens, however, the team rewarded the city with its first championship in decades. As a championship-starved Eagles fan, I'd trade a few years without football for a Super Bowl win. Baltimore Championship Hopes: Nevermore?Since the Ravens won Super Bowl XXV, the team has been unable to regain its championship form. The Ravens have kept their defense together, however, and have added some key players to make it one of the strongest in the league. Everyone knows that defense wins championships, and with a defense led by all-pro linebacker Ray Lewis, the Ravens will always be in the hunt. Under the stern leadership of head coach Brian Billick, the Ravens have entered the 2004 season ready to compete. Quarterback Kyle Boller is a relatively new face, but has the tools to get the job done offensively. The Ravens could have used wide receiver Terrell Owens (whom they acquired in a trade with San Francisco, only to lose him several days later) to augment their offense, but with running back Jamal Lewis, they will still give opposing defenses a scare. Getting tickets to a Ravens game isn't easy, particularly once the season has started. Maryland does not regulate event tickets resale however, which means that you should be able to find tickets online or through a local ticket broker. Regardless of how you go about getting tickets, just remember to give the Ravens a cheer for giving Baltimore a Super Bowl trophy.
