No Credit Check Payday Loans

When you find yourself in need of some quick money for an emergency situation, it's likely that you will look into a payday advance loan. Many times this can be done online. In fact, the Internet is usually the easiest way to apply for and get a payday advance loan. You can apply from your home and you don't have to worry about faxing a bunch of papers back and forth. Faxing can be inconvenient, what with companies like Kinko's charging as much as $2.00 a page!

No Credit Check Loan Companies

You will probably notice that many online cash advance companies say that there will not be a credit check and that you can get a loan whether you have great credit or credit no one would be proud of. These statements are basically true, but let me tell you what really happens. When you apply online for a loan, the lender has no direct way of knowing that you are who you say you are.

Therefore, many lender companies will pool their data along with one of several verification companies. When they send the verification company your name, the verification company will send back a report telling them whether you have any other existing loans right now. The report will also include your credit score. This is not specifically a credit report. There is no list of your loans, late payments or any other exact information. (In other words, the lending company won't be able to look at how many late payments you've had in the past or see how much you owe on your credit cards.)

The credit score number will give the lender a good idea as to what your credit report is like. Even if you have a bad score, you can still get a loan. However, you are likely to pay high fees and might not get all the money that you applied for. Even though there is no pulling of the actual credit report, they still have access to the overall score of your credit.
