Payday Loan Approvals

Payday loan approvals are primarily based on your ability to repay your loan on time. Payday loan businesses verify your application information and confirm that you have a checking account in good standing. Your being able to make timely payments is of the utmost importance to these businesses, but of concern to you should be how often you are requesting these loans.

If you use these low interest payday loans and your credit cards to get by, you may find yourself with more debt than you can pay off. VISA International ran a survey and found that 48 percent of credit card holders only make a minimum payment. At 18 or 19 percent interest on the balance, these people are paying a lot of extra money every month for that suit, DVR, or digital camera.

Payday Loan Approvals and Credit Cards

The lure of plastic is that it gives us the feeling we have more money than we really do have. Handing over a piece of colored plastic and signing your name isn't nearly as hard as forking over bills from your wallet, especially when you see that blank space that was full of crisp, new bills when you began your shopping. Perhaps if people understood how credit cards worked, they would be more thoughtful about relying on frequent payday loan approvals and credit cards for spending.

Credit cards are similar to payday loans in that they are a loan to the user from the card companies: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Like any payday loan approvals, these companies approve of your use of their loan by issuing you a card and accepting it as payment at stores. Also, late payments are penalized with high annual percentage rates and late fees. In addition, credit reporting companies are informed of these late payments, and they go on your credit history which is viewed by potential lenders.
