Instant Teas

Preparing and serving tea is a time honored art in many countries. In Japan, for example, practitioners devote years to studying and perfecting the tea ceremony. It is a form of artistic expression and a unifying social ritual. The tea ceremony is a highly stylized and formal event and also a time consuming one.

Instant Tea on the Go

Unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity to take the time to devote hours to drinking tea in a formal setting. In the hectic and chaotic modern world, many of us simply do not have the time to devote the attention to tea it deserves. This does not mean that we can not enjoy our tea, however.

Sure, we'd all like to sit around for a few hours casually sipping on tea, but too frequently it seems we don't even have enough time to brew a nice pot of tea. In these types of situations, instant tea is the best alternative. Instant tea allows you to get the refreshing, healthy dose of tea you desire, even if you're on the run. It is a great compromise for busy professionals who care about their health and who love tea.

Making instant tea could not be easier. All you do is pour the contents of an individual serving instant tea pouch into hot water. Stir the water and tea together, and you have a hot cup of instant tea. Many of these instant teas are quite delicious, and they are perfect for people constantly on the go. However, I recommend that you slow down every once in a while to sit back, relax, and enjoy a nice smooth cup of tea in a calm, unhurried atmosphere. It does wonders for your stress levels.
