Flexsteel Rv Furniture
Written by James Lyons
As I mentioned in the previous section, Flexsteel RV furniture is some of the finest on the market today. For years, Flexsteel furniture has combined the quality and appearance of nice home furniture with dependable automotive engineering. This furniture looks great in the rig and will stand the test of time even with the most dedicated RVers on the road.
Flexsteel RV furniture is comprised of durable wood and steel frames and highly resilient, incredibly comfortable foam cushions. Take it from me, if you are on the road for fifteen hours, you want to be nestled into a well-made captain's chair that supports your back and provides you with lasting comfort. This furniture does the job and will continue doing the job for years.
Flexsteel RV Furniture Incorporated Into Modern RVs
The history of RVing in the United States nearly parallels the history of the automobile. It seems that as soon as Americans starting buying Model Ts, they began coming up with ideas how to expand the car to make it camper friendly. In fact, by 1910, Ambercrombie and Fitch began displaying car camping supplies in the pages of their catalog.
The Class C motorhomes are usually smaller and easier on the checkbook than the more luxurious Class A models. Essentially, the definition of a Class C motorhome is a motorhome that has a RV body mounted on top of a normal vehicle chasis. They look like stretched out vans or trucks and there is often an extended sleeping area mounted over the driving area.
ADR specs for Australia/1994 holiday rambler
We have a 1994 Holiday Rambler Imperial.
They are saying that the recliner seat is not suatable for passengers- we used it in USA & Canada for years with no problems. It is fitted with seat belts.
They are also saying that the longue seat (3 seater/ bed) is also unsuatable in Australia for passengers. It is also fitted with seat belts.
They also say that the Captains chair/ co drivers chair, is not strong enough to have the seat belts attached & that they must now be bolted to the floor.
I have had to remove the seat belts & have put 2 new Australian seat belts on the front seats. ( they are most certainly no where near ar strpng as the seat belts they made me remove, the sholder belt attachment only50%, & the webbing 10%- think when they register it I will replace the old ones.
Can you please e-mail me strengths for the seats as fitted so I can show these to the "powers that BEE"
We have 2 children so we really need to be able to register for 4 passengers. Thank You, John Horrocks
