If you buy a craps table, you need some good craps supplies. Playing the game of craps requires a few necessary items. First of all, you need some good craps dice. Back in the 1800s, people used fixed dice to cheat the game. Today, you can get an honest set of dice online. You also need a dice stick or rake, an on/off puck, plenty of casino chips, a craps dice boat and probably a craps book.

If you are still learning the game of craps, pick up a book and educate yourself. It's not a game you learn overnight. Once you do learn it, however, you will understand why many say it offers the best odds in the house. You just have to know how to bet. You might even pick up an instructive video that explains the game. The best way to learn, however, is to cajole a friend into teaching you at a live game.

More on Craps Tables

The game of craps was developed in France back in the 1700s. During that time, the game was known as "Hazard" and played primarily by members of the European aristocracy. The game found its way to the United States via the French Louisiana colony of Arcadia. Bernard de Mandeville of New Orleans eventually simplified the game and spawned the initial version of craps.

A whole host of craps supplies developed out of this creation. Craps dice, craps dice sticks, and craps chips are among the many craps supplies that were born. Even though this game has lost some popularity in the casinos, it has gained popularity in common households. It's arguably the most entertaining gaming option available, which explains why normal people are putting craps tables and craps supplies in their game rooms.
