Trampoline EquipmentWritten by Donald Sparacin Over time and many hours of use trampoline equipment will need to be repaired or replaced. Stitching for instance should be re-sewn every couple of years whether it looks like it of not. Springs will eventually loosen or begin to sag. You will need to find a good supplier of trampoline equipment and parts to keep your investment safe and fun to use. Trampoline Equipment Suppliers Are Not All the SameWith the advent of on-line purchasing many trampoline equipment suppliers have sprung up everywhere. It seems like these days anyone with a computer and a good sense of marketing skills can become equipment suppliers. But they don't all know what they are doing. Some can cause you serious problems by selling you inferior equipment and make your investment worthless or unsafe. Reputable suppliers will have several traits that the fly-by-night companies will not. Some better ones are members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission. All better ones have been around for more than a few years. None of the good ones will ever say that trampolines are 100% safe in all situations. The better equipment suppliers will stress safety far more than price. Improper trampoline equipment can cause serious injuries. You must know that the part you are buying is the right part for your specific trampoline. A spring that may work fine on a rectangular trampoline will have different characteristics than what is necessary for safe use on a round trampoline. An inexperienced equipment supplier won't necessarily know that, but he'll sell you the wrong spring a great price. Be careful and choose wisely.
