It has been used for countless years by Ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Arabs, Spaniards, and African hunters. Today, Aloe Vera products are used commonly, all over the world.

Aloe Vera oil can be taken as a drink or supplement. Studies have shown that Aloe Vera can help to sooth digestive tract irritations, boost the immune system, improve energy levels, improve circulation, and to supplement diets. Some take Aloe Vera to aid in weight loss because it aids in digestion, helps to maintain high energy levels, and allows for a low intake of calories.

Aloe Vera products are most commonly used on the skin. They can treat skin conditions such as burns, wounds, infections, and chapping. You can find Aloe Vera in many cleansers, moisturizers, shampoos, conditioners, chap sticks, creams, gels, and lotions. Aloe Vera can also be used to reduce perspiration and to improve the scent of skin.
